I love a dynamic atmosphere and have spent the majority of my career working for early stage companies. I began as an in-house designer focused on digital marketing and responsive design and moved into design leadership role where I built processes and systems for scale. I currently work at Pendo where I am scaling a design team and building and environment where they can do their best work - this is my happy place.

I love to spend my free time building things with my partner, Zach (Stedfast Design Co.), running around with my German Shepherd, Riley, and playing tabletop games with friends.
